Description
COLD BREW TEA is a method of brewing tea using cold or room temperature water instead of hot water. It involves steeping tea leaves in cold water for an extended period of time, usually around 8-10 hours or overnight. This slow steeping process extracts flavors from the tea leaves more gently, resulting in a smoother and less bitter taste compared to hot brewing methods.
COLD BREW TEA is known for its milder flavor profile and lower levels of tannins and caffeine compared to hot brewed tea. It’s a great option for those looking for a refreshing and hydrating drink, especially during scorching summer.
Additionally, cold brew tea can be served with various flavors and additions such as citrus slices, herbs, or sweeteners to create unique and delicious beverages.
Our indigenous blend COLD BREW contains Darjeeling Oolong Tea, Darjeeling Bai Mu Dan White Tea and a portion of Darjeeling First Flush for a undernote of ripe fruity punch with a light astringency. Teas have been selected from Elite Tea Estates like MIM TE, Runglee Rungliot, Risheehat & Yanki Tea.
