Taste – A well-rounded brisk cup with syrupy liquor starts with fresh vegetal and woody character. and gradually reveals fruity notes of peach, tangerine, fig. Nutty lingers on in the aftertaste.
Brew – 2.5g – 180ml fresh water – 90°C – 3 to 4 min
